Core Responsibilities
Cabin cleaning — making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and general tidying, usually twice a day (morning service and turndown service)
Restocking supplies — towels, toiletries, minibar items, ice, and stationery
Turndown service — evening visit to prepare the room for the night (folding back covers, leaving chocolates, setting out towel animals, etc.)
Guest requests — handling special requests like extra pillows, room amenities, laundry pickup, or minor maintenance reports
Inventory management — tracking and ordering cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
