Clean and service assigned staterooms daily (and often twice daily for suites or certain lines): make beds, change linens/towels as needed, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms (showers, sinks, toilets), wipe surfaces, empty trash, and tidy belongings.
Replenish amenities (toiletries like shampoo/conditioner/lotion, tissues, toilet paper, minibar items if applicable) and towels.
Prepare rooms for embarkation (deep clean/sanitize before guests arrive) and handle luggage delivery or assistance during boarding/disembarkation.
