Core Responsibilities:
Operate machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, backhoes, graders, loaders, forklifts, and dump trucks
Move earth, materials, or debris according to site plans and blueprints
Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks (fluid levels, tire/track condition, hydraulic systems)
Follow site safety protocols and signals from spotters/flaggers
Load and transport materials, dig trenches or foundations, grade and level land
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other crew members.
