Bartender

Core responsibilities

Mix and serve drinks (cocktails, beer, wine, spirits) following recipes or customer requests
Take orders directly from customers or through servers
Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
Handle cash and card payments, process bills, and manage tabs
Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized
Maintain inventory — track stock levels and order supplies
Follow health, safety, and alcohol-service regulations
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and refuse service responsibly when needed.
