Laundry Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Staff supervision: Schedule, train, and supervise laundry attendants; assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
Production management: Ensure daily laundry targets/quotas are met (washing, drying, ironing, folding, sorting).
Quality control: Inspect finished linens/uniforms for cleanliness, damage, or stains; ensure standards are met before dispatch.
Inventory & supplies: Monitor stock of detergents, chemicals, and linens; order supplies and manage par levels to avoid shortages.
Equipment maintenance: Oversee proper use of washers, dryers, presses, and ironing equipment; report and coordinate repairs.
