Core Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests (or direct them to hosts) with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Present menus and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, specials, and pairings
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Relay orders to the kitchen/bar and coordinate timing
Serve food and beverages, checking that orders match what was requested
Check in on tables to ensure satisfaction and handle requests (refills, extra napkins, etc.)
Address complaints or escalate issues to a manager when needed
Prepare and present the bill, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions
Clear and reset tables between guests.
