Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand requirements, budget, and project goals.
Develop design concepts (layouts, elevations, materials, and visual direction).
Create drawings and specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Prepare permit and code documentation to meet local building regulations.
Coordinate with engineers and consultants (structural, MEP/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape, etc.).
Conduct site visits to review progress and resolve design/implementation issues.
Review contractor submittals and architectural work during construction.
