Installation & commissioning — setting up equipment, machinery, or systems at customer/client sites
Maintenance & repair — performing scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment
Troubleshooting — diagnosing technical issues in the field, often under time pressure
Testing & calibration — ensuring systems meet performance specs before handover
Customer support — training end-users, answering technical questions on-site
Documentation — service reports, maintenance logs, incident reports
Coordination — working with remote engineering/support teams, ordering parts, scheduling visits.
