Primary Responsibilities:
Setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting packaging equipment (e.g., fillers, sealers, labelers, cartoners, case sealers, shrink banders, blister pack machines, palletizers).
Performing changeovers, line clearances, cleaning/sanitizing equipment and work areas.
Inspecting packaging materials and finished products for defects, correct counts, seals, labels, lot codes, and expiration dates.
Assembling boxes/containers, packing products, labeling, sealing, and palletizing.
Troubleshooting minor equipment issues, clearing jams, and performing basic/preventive maintenance.
Completing accurate production logs, batch records, and documentation.
