Core Responsibilities:
Process design and optimization — Designing or refining manufacturing workflows, layouts, tooling, and equipment use to maximize throughput, yield, and efficiency while reducing waste, cycle times, and costs.
Production planning and monitoring — Creating schedules, allocating resources (people, materials, equipment), tracking KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and adjusting operations to meet targets.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving — Diagnosing equipment failures, process deviations, quality defects, or downtime; performing root-cause analysis.
