Core Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment, machinery, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or structural problems and troubleshoot root causes
Respond to work orders and emergency repair requests in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment history
Order and manage spare parts/inventory
