Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to carrier and customer requirements
Verify order accuracy by checking items against packing slips, invoices, or purchase orders
Weigh and measure packages to determine shipping costs
Select appropriate shipping methods/carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) based on cost, speed, and destination
Complete shipping documentation: bills of lading, customs forms, packing lists, shipping labels
Load and unload trucks or coordinate with freight carriers for pickup.
