Develop & implement safety programs — create policies, procedures, and safety manuals tailored to the organization’s operations
Regulatory compliance — ensure the company meets OSHA (or relevant national/regional) standards, industry codes, and local laws
Risk assessment — identify hazards through site inspections, job hazard analyses, and audits
Incident investigation — lead investigations into accidents, near-misses, and injuries; determine root cause and corrective actions.
