Core Responsibilities:
Operate machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, graders, loaders, cranes, and dump trucks
Move materials (dirt, gravel, concrete, debris) around job sites
Dig trenches, foundations, or holes according to project specs
Grade and level land for construction or roadwork
Load and transport materials to and from sites
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance (checking fluids, tires, hydraulics)
Follow blueprints, site plans, or verbal instructions from supervisors
