Core Duties:
Meeting with clients to understand their needs, budget, and site constraints
Developing design concepts and sketches, then detailed plans and blueprints
Using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino) to create technical drawings and 3D models
Ensuring designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
Preparing project specifications and construction documents
Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other consultants
Visiting construction sites to monitor progress and ensure the design is followed.
