Core Responsibilities:
Preparing and cleaning construction sites (removing debris, hazards, materials)
Loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment
Digging trenches, backfilling holes, and compacting earth
Setting up and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
Operating basic power tools and equipment (jackhammers, drills, compactors)
Assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons) with their tasks.
