Core Responsibilities:
Content strategy & planning: Develop and execute social media calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns
Content creation: Write copy, coordinate graphics/video, and adapt content for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
Community management: Respond to comments/DMs, engage with followers, monitor brand mentions
Analytics & reporting: Track engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI; report on KPIs and adjust strategy accordingly
Paid social: Often manage or collaborate on paid ad campaigns and budgets
Trend monitoring: Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and emerging channels.
