Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high guest satisfaction: resolve complaints, maintain service standards, and create positive experiences.
Conduct property inspections for cleanliness, safety, and appearance; oversee maintenance and renovations.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and legal requirements.
Develop and implement marketing, pricing, and revenue management strategies.
Coordinate events, conferences, and vendor relationships.
Prepare reports for owners or senior management and set/achieve sales and profit targets.
