Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate a team of laundry attendants or workers; assign tasks, monitor productivity, and handle performance issues or hiring recommendations.
Oversee all stages of laundry processing: collecting/sorting soiled items, washing, drying, ironing/pressing, folding, quality inspection (including stain treatment and removal of damaged items), storage, and distribution to departments (e.g., housekeeping, F&B) or guests.
Maintain equipment (washers, dryers, extractors, ironers, presses); perform minor maintenance, clean machines, and report major issues for repair.
