Core responsibilities:
Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about food, drinks, and specials
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages, checking in on quality and guest satisfaction
Handle special requests (allergies, substitutions, dietary needs)
Process payments, handle cash/card transactions, and manage bill splitting
Set up and clear tables, reset for the next guests
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations
Upsell menu items (specials, desserts, drinks) when appropriate
Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service.
