Responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods accurately and safely to support daily warehouse operations. Works with warehouse management systems and material-handling equipment to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.

Primary duties:

Receive and unload incoming shipments; inspect for damage and verify quantities against packing lists.
Put away product to correct storage locations and maintain organized inventory.
Pick and pack orders according to work orders/picking lists; prepare shipments for dispatch.
Operate material-handling equipment (hand pallet jack, electric pallet jack, forklift if certified).
Scan and update inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP; maintain inventory accuracy.
Label, palletize, and stage finished orders for carrier pickup.
Cycle counts and physical inventory support as scheduled.

Required qualifications & skills:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience (0–2 years for entry-level; 2+ years preferred for mid-level roles).
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Basic computer literacy (scanner use, simple WMS data entry).
Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
