Responsible for ensuring reliable operation, safety, and optimal performance of plant/facility equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on technical work, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with production/operations to minimize downtime and maintain compliance.
Plan, schedule and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Troubleshoot equipment failures (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/controls) and implement durable fixes.
Required skills & Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent, Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with PLCs, instrumentations, and control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.).
Experience with CMMS and basic data analysis (Excel, simple SQL or reporting tools).
Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, drives, motors, bearings, conveyors, pumps.
Practical understanding of safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
