Greet visitors and answer/route phone calls and email inquiries.
Maintain calendars and schedule appointments/meetings; prepare meeting rooms and materials.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
Perform data entry, maintain physical and electronic filing systems, and update databases.
Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Order and manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
Operate and troubleshoot office equipment (printers, copiers, phones).
Support basic bookkeeping tasks: expense reports, petty cash reconciliation, invoice forwarding.
Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.

Required qualifications & skills includes;  High school diploma or equivalent, Strong verbal and written communication.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable learning SaaS tools (Slack, Google Workspace, basic CRM).
Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
Professional, friendly customer-service orientation.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
