Concierge

Provide personalized guest/resident/client services that anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and create a warm, memorable experience while protecting property and following policies.

Greet and welcome guests/residents/clients; register arrivals when required.
Respond to in-person, phone, email, and messaging requests promptly and courteously.
Provide local information, directions, reservations and ticketing for dining, entertainment, transportation and tours.
Coordinate transportation (taxis, rideshare, airport shuttles, limousines) and luggage handling.
Manage guest/resident requests and follow through until completion (deliveries, maintenance coordination, special requests).
Maintain accurate logbooks, reservation systems, and daily shift handover notes.

Required qualifications & Skills

High school Diploma or equivalent,  Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong local knowledge (restaurants, transport, attractions).
Calm under pressure; ability to manage multiple requests at once.
Attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism.
Discretion, integrity, and ability to protect guest confidentiality.
