Job Details
Operate various crane types (mobile, tower, overhead, gantry) to lift and move materials
Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks
Set up cranes and ensure proper rigging and load securing techniques
Follow hand signals, verbal commands, and radio communication from ground crew
Calculate load capacities, boom angles, and weight limits
Ensure loads are properly balanced before lifting
Follow all safety regulations and job site policies
Record work completed, maintenance issues, and incident reports.
Required Qualifications & skills
High school diploma or equivalent,
Skills: Hand-eye coordination, depth perception, signal interpretation, communication
Physical Requirements: Good physical condition, strength, stamina for outdoor work in various weather.
