Core responsibilities such as: Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels; adjust machine settings to maintain target output and product specs.
Perform in‑process quality checks (weight, fill level, temperature, pH, Brix, carbonation) and document results.
Conduct routine cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance tasks; participate in CIP cycles and changeovers.
Inspect finished product and packaging for defects; remove and report nonconforming product.
Record production data (batch records, yields, downtime, rejects); follow batch documentation and traceability procedures.
Required qualifications & skills
High school diploma or equivalent, Attention to detail and quality focus.
Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
Teamwork and communication.
Manual dexterity and steady hand for packaging/inspection tasks.
