Primary responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and production equipment per schedule.
Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, drives, sensors, valves, and control systems.
Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore equipment to service quickly and safely.
Install, align, and calibrate new equipment and components.
Maintain, repair, and test building systems (lighting, HVAC, compressors, boilers) where applicable.
Required qualifications & skills;
High school Diploma or equivalent, Troubleshooting and diagnostic thinking.
Basic electrical/mechanical repair skills.
Use of diagnostic tools (multimeter, clamp meter, thermal camera).
Time management and task prioritization.
Communication and teamwork.
