Receive incoming shipments: unload trucks, verify quantities and condition against packing lists, log discrepancies, and stage goods for put-away.
Put-away and storage: move product to assigned bin locations, update inventory/location records (WMS/ERP).
Order picking: pull items per pick lists or RF scanner instructions using FIFO/FEFO as required.
Packing and shipping: package orders per company standards, print and affix labels, prepare carriers’ paperwork, stage loads for pickup.
Cycle counts & inventory control: participate in daily/weekly counts, report variances, help investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Essential qualifications such as:  High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math, reading, and written communication skills.
Ability to use handheld scanners and basic computer/WMS functions.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly; sustained standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Teamwork, reliability, and punctuality.
