Job Details:
Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise therapists, receptionists and support staff.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and ongoing training (technical and customer service).
Build a positive culture, maintain staffing levels, and manage payroll within budget.
Sales, marketing & retail
Drive revenue through treatment sales, retail product sales, packages, memberships and events.
Work with marketing to plan promotions, seasonal offers and local partnerships.
Train staff on retail techniques and product knowledge.
Required qualifications & skills
High school diploma or equivalent, Leadership: team building, coaching, conflict resolution.
Customer service orientation and high emotional intelligence.
Sales & commercial acumen: upselling, retail management, revenue generation.
Organizational skills: scheduling, multitasking, time management.
