Architect

Produce and review architectural drawings, specifications, details and schedules; ensure technical accuracy and constructability.
Coordinate multidisciplinary design (structural, MEP, civil, landscape) and lead BIM coordination (clash detection, federated models).
Manage permitting and approvals; ensure compliance with applicable building codes, fire, accessibility and zoning regulations.
Oversee construction administration: RFI responses, site inspections, submittal reviews, snag lists, and practical completion.
Prepare and review tender documentation, assist in procurement and contractor selection, and manage change orders/value engineering.

Qualifications & skills such as;  Degree: B.Arch or M.Arch (or equivalent).
Strong technical documentation skills and construction detailing.
Proficient in BIM (Revit) and model coordination workflows; capable in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM clash detection tools.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations and construction methods.
Proven track record managing projects (schedules/budgets) and coordinating consultants, excellent communication, client-facing and leadership skills.
Solid understanding of contract administration, tendering and construction-phase processes.
