Core responsibilities:
Load materials (film, cartons, labels), changeovers, and adjust equipment for different SKUs.
Inspect packaging quality and product presentation; remove/rework defective packages.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
Record production data (counts, downtime, rejects) and report issues to supervisors.
Follow and enforce safety, GMP, and company-specific SOPs.
Support packing team during peak demand and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Required qualifications includes: High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools preferred.
Ability to read labels, basic production paperwork, and measuring tools.
Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly, stand for long periods, and work variable shifts.
