Core responsibilities:
Disassemble/reassemble pumps, remove/replace mechanical seals, packings, bearings, and impellers; perform field balancing and shaft alignment.
Install new pump systems and accessories; rig and hoist equipment safely; verify alignment and performance to specifications.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, spare parts inventories, and maintenance schedules; prepare repair reports and failure analyses.
Coordinate with operations, reliability, and engineering teams to approve change-outs and upgrades.
Follow and support lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined-space entry, hot-work, and other safety procedures.
Required qualifications & skills
High school diploma or equivalent, Troubleshooting mindset, attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication.
Able to work independently and as part of a maintenance/reliability team.
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
