Job summary:
Ensure work complies with electrical codes (e.g., NEC/IEC/local), company standards, and project specifications.
Inspect installation and commissioning of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, control systems, motors, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, conduit/wiring).
Perform or coordinate troubleshooting, fault-finding, and corrective actions for electrical failures.
Enforce safety programs (lockout/tagout, PPE, permit-to-work) and conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections.
Review drawings, schematics, and work permits; coordinate material and equipment needs.
Maintain work records, progress reports, test reports, and documentation for inspections and handover.
Required skills & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and quality orientation.
Time management and ability to prioritize.
