Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Hire, train, coach, and manage operational staff; set performance goals.
Typical Skills & Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent, Process optimization and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of operations/KPI management.
Leadership and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).
Basic financial acumen (costing, budgeting, forecasting).
