Core responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs (on-site and sometimes remotely).
Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues; escalate complex problems to engineering or vendor teams.
Document site work, change requests, and as-built configurations in ticketing/CRM systems.
Train customers and on-site staff on operation and basic maintenance.
Manage spare parts inventory and tools; order/return parts as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Required technical skills & Education: Associate degree, technical diploma, or bachelor’s in engineering, electronics, telecom, or related field, Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting under time pressure.
Clear verbal/written communication for customers and internal teams.
Customer-facing professionalism and ability to teach/train.
Time management and ability to work independently.
