Stack and store materials in assigned locations, respecting weight and stacking limits.
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control — scan/record SKU, quantities, and locations.
Inspect forklifts and report/perform basic maintenance (fluid levels, forks, lights, brakes); tag out equipment with defects.
Follow shipping/receiving paperwork and electronic systems (WMS / handheld scanners); complete required logs and reports.
Maintain clean, organized work area and follow company safety, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors, shipping/receiving, and production to prioritize loads and shipments.
Skills & competencies
Safe operation and situational awareness.
Physical stamina and ability to lift/carry.
Attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
Time management and ability to meet productivity targets.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance awareness.
