Key Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance: Plan and carry out scheduled servicing of machinery, utilities, and building systems.
Corrective maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns to restore equipment to working condition.
Predictive maintenance: Use condition-monitoring techniques (e.g., vibration, thermography, oil analysis where applicable).
Troubleshooting & root-cause analysis: Identify the cause of failures and implement corrective actions.
Maintain maintenance records: Update CMMS/maintenance logs, asset histories, work orders, and downtime reports.
Parts & inventory coordination: Assist with spares planning, procurements, and inventory monitoring.
