Room Service Attendant

Receive, confirm and prepare room service and in‑room dining orders (including special requests, dietary needs, and allergies).
Deliver food and beverage items to guest rooms promptly and with proper presentation and temperature control.
Set up trays/roll‑away tables and ensure tableware and condiments are arranged per standards.
Clear used trays and dishes promptly and silently, following guest preferences and hotel procedures.
Verify guest identity/order details and obtain signatures or payment when required.
Communicate order changes, special requests, and guest feedback to kitchen and supervisory staff.
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of service stations (linens, cutlery, condiments, trays, carts).
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and cross‑contamination procedures at all times.
Report maintenance issues, guest complaints, and menu/item shortages to supervisor.
