Supervise daily site activities and crews to ensure work is performed to specifications and schedule.
Enforce health, safety and environmental policies; conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders; implement work plans.
Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with standards and inspection requirements.
Maintain accurate daily logs: progress, manpower, materials, equipment and incidents.
Identify and report site issues, delays, and risks to Project Manager/Foreman and propose corrective actions.
Ensure site is secure, clean, and organized; manage on-site resources and equipment.
Support onboarding and training of new site staff; implement performance feedback.
