Architect

Core responsibilities:

Produce and develop design from concept through construction documents (schematic design, design development, construction drawings, specifications).
Lead project teams: coordinate structural, MEP, landscape, civil engineers and specialist consultants.
Create and manage BIM/3D models and CAD drawing sets; ensure drawing / model coordination and clash detection.
Ensure designs meet codes, zoning, accessibility, sustainability, and client program/ budget.
Prepare / review specifications, schedules, and tender documents; support procurement and tender evaluation.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk; track change orders and cost implications.
Construction administration: review submittals/shop drawings, respond to RFIs, attend site meetings and inspections, issue site instructions.
