Key responsibilities:
Design control strategies (PID tuning, state feedback, observer design, MPC, etc.).
Develop control logic and software for controllers (PLC, embedded systems, industrial PCs).
Integrate and test hardware and software components (sensors, actuators, drives, RTUs).
Create and maintain documentation (control design docs, test procedures, reports).
Perform commissioning and troubleshooting during installation and on-site testing.
Validate performance and safety, including stability, robustness, and limit handling.
Work with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, quality, safety).
Support system optimization for efficiency, throughput, and reliability.
