Key Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment (as trained) such as mixers, conveyors, presses, fillers, or packaging machines
Assemble parts and sub-assemblies according to work orders or drawings
Inspect products for defects and follow quality-check procedures
Monitor production output and report issues (machine errors, low materials, product defects)
Package finished goods, label items, and prepare for shipping
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S practices, housekeeping)
Record production data (counts, time logs, defect reports) and complete batch paperwork.
