Key Responsibilities:
Set up, calibrate, and operate machines (CNC machines, presses, molding equipment, packaging lines, etc., depending on industry)
Load raw materials and monitor the production process
Inspect finished products for defects and adjust machine settings as needed
Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting/repairs
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
Keep accurate production logs and report output/defect rates
Clean and maintain equipment and work area
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control checklists.
