Key Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance — routine inspections, lubrication, filter changes, and scheduled servicing to prevent breakdowns
Repairs & troubleshooting — diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
Equipment installation — setting up new machinery, appliances, or systems
Emergency response — handling urgent breakdowns or safety hazards quickly
Record keeping — logging work orders, maintenance history, and parts usage
Safety compliance — following OSHA and other regulatory/safety standards
Inventory management — tracking spare parts, tools, and ordering supplies as needed.
