Key Responsibilities:
Operate mobile, tower, or overhead cranes to lift and move loads according to work orders
Inspect crane equipment before and after use (cables, hooks, brakes, hydraulics)
Communicate with ground crew/signal persons using hand signals or radios
Calculate load weights and angles to ensure safe lifting capacity
Follow rigging plans and safety protocols
Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues
Keep operation logs and maintenance records.
