Cleaning & Sanitation
Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking utensils by hand or using dish machines
Clean kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, slicers)
Sanitize prep surfaces, cutting boards, sinks, and workstations
Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in kitchen and storage areas
Empty trash and manage waste disposal, including recycling and grease disposal
Kitchen Support
Stock and organize clean dishes, utensils, and equipment for chefs and cooks
Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed (peeling, chopping) in smaller operations
Transport supplies, deliveries, and equipment between storage and kitchen areas.
