Main Responsibilities:
Making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, emptying trash, replenishing towels, toiletries, amenities, minibar items, ice, and other supplies.
Providing turndown service (evening service), often including towel animals or similar touches.
Greeting and escorting guests to cabins on embarkation day, assisting with hand luggage, explaining amenities/layout, and handling luggage delivery.
Collecting and returning guest laundry/dry cleaning (with billing), delivering daily programs, notices, newspapers, or mail.
Responding to guest requests (extra pillows, hangers, ice, special arrangements) in a friendly, professional manner and reporting maintenance issues.
