Main Responsibilities:
Cleaning guest cabins and bathrooms (once or twice daily, depending on the cruise line and cabin category—many major lines now do once-daily service for standard cabins, with suites often still receiving twice-daily service).
Making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, emptying trash, and replenishing towels, toiletries, and amenities.
Collecting and returning guest laundry/dry cleaning and handling related billing.
Maintaining corridors, lockers, and surrounding areas in the assigned section.
On embarkation day: greeting/escorting guests to cabins, assisting with hand luggage, explaining cabin features (safe, minibar, TV, room service, etc.), and helping with luggage delivery.
