Concierge

Greeting and welcoming guests/residents and serving as a primary point of contact.
Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Making reservations for restaurants, spas, entertainment, tours, events, and other venues.
Arranging transportation (airport transfers, taxis, private cars, rentals).
Providing personalized local recommendations for dining, shopping, nightlife, attractions, and activities.
Handling special or unusual requests (e.g., hard-to-get tickets, gift arrangements, surprise celebrations, errands like dry cleaning or package handling).
Coordinating with other departments (front desk, housekeeping, security, maintenance) and external vendors.
