Key Responsibilities:
Operate excavator controls to dig trenches, foundations, holes, and grade land
Load/unload trucks, move materials (soil, rock, debris)
Perform site prep: clearing land, demolition, grading
Read and follow site plans, blueprints, and grade stakes
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance (fluid checks, greasing, filters)
Coordinate with ground crew, signal persons, and other equipment operators
Follow safety protocols (utility locates, trench safety, exclusion zones).
